Madrona Recovery is a secure treatment facility for adolescents.

We are licensed as a Child Caring Agency by Oregon’s Department of Human Services, Office of Licensing & Regulatory Oversight.

We are licensed to provide Alcohol and Drug Residential Treatment as well as Clinically Managed Detoxification Services. This residential license covers the provision of treatment services for Co-Occurring Mental Health and Substance Use Disorders.

We are also certified to provide Behavioral Health Treatment Services. This certification to provide Non-Inpatient Mental Health Treatment Services is authorized by the Oregon Health Authority, Health Systems Division.

We are fully Accredited by the Joint Commission.
